help!!!

i have a problem with my pc i did the recovery thing and well my pc doesn't
seem to recover all the way when i start it my pc freezes and i don't know
why so everytime i want to use it i have to go into safe mode and then run
the recover xp disk then i have to go into safe mode and put in the
motherboard cd and run it then i have to register my pc and add my internet
and all the other stuff i don't know what's wrong can anyone help me

Mari....what was the actual original problem with your pc that prompted you
to recover or restore? The original problem is likely to be indicative of
exactly where the trouble is stemming from.....you're walking through mud at
the moment by the sound of it.
