Blank Administrator Password

I recently ran the MSBA program to determine my security
vulnerabilities. The scan determined that my
Administrator password was blank. I log on with my
username & password, and have administrator rights. How
do I find the Administrator account that they are talking
about and how do I give it a password? The only 2
accounts I can find is mine and the guest (which is
turned off).

That is referring to the hidden Administrator.
You can access in Safe Mode:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
Once logged in, go to User Accounts in Control panel.
Select Administrator.
From there you can set the password.
