Need help with previous thread

system just recoered from a serious error

Gerry is trying very hard to help me. Gerry I really appreciate this, . but
I don't think he is getting all his email. I have responded to all of his
questions.. as a matter of fact I have responded 10 times.. One of his
requests I didn't understand but corrected my answer as soon as I realized.
He keeps asking me the same thing over and over again.. because he feels I
have not responded or answered.. I am guessing. Can someone please jump
into the thread.. I know this is not right to do.. but I am at my wits end!
