See http://www.aumha.org/a/shutdown.htm for some very good information on
troubleshooting Shutdown/restart problems.

I have a brand new computer fresh out of the shop, it has Windows XP Home
installed on it.

Every time I restart the computer (Just restart)....
It locks-up on a shut down screen, I can't move the mouse. It just sits
there on the "Windows is shutting down" screen. It seems like it happens
when it wants to, like 1 out of 3 times or so.

Any help would be nice. Also I DON'T want to take to back to the shop, I
want to try and fix this.

Thanks
