Hello.
Is there a way to get clean up system files option to show up by default in Windows 7 (W7)'s disk cleanup? Thank you in advance. -- Quote of the Week: "The world flatters the elephant and tramples on the ant." --Indian Note: A fixed width font (Courier, Monospace, etc.) is required to see this signature correctly. /\___/\ Ant(Dude) @ http://antfarm.home.dhs.org / /\ /\ \ Please nuke ANT if replying by e-mail privately. Ant, You can run this command: Start--Run-- cleanmgr.exe /AUTOCLEAN This site shows all the available parameters. It says it is for Windows 10 but runs on Windows 7 fine https://winaero.com/blog/cleanmgr-ex...ts-in-windows- 10/ JT -- |

Ant, You do get a GUI screen! Try it! If you read the page I linked you can fine-tune what options you want. I find cleanmgr.exe /AUTOCLEAN works well enough. You could create a shortcut on the Desktop for future uses. JT -- |

Then type cleanmgr.exe /AUTOCLEAN You can create a shortcut and specify Run as Administrator. JT -- |
