Couldn't tell you. Website claims it doesn't IIRC, but who knows. In any
case, it's been available for a while now and M$ hasn't done anything
about it, so I kind of doubt that they really care.


That only translates Micro$oft has NOT yet taken action. Well... maybe
because Win95 is no longer a cash cow, and that the world is about
64-bit now.
