Hi, Is there a command line or script i could use to change the tcp/ip setting ? We have some users who travel from one brach ofc to another and would like to do the changing of ip address thru script or batch file. thanks, Joco Don't know but you should be using DHCP to assign IP addresses to clients. The clients/users should be given instructions on how-to check the "Status" and "Repair" network connections, which usually acquires the new ip address from the DHCP server. If it's only a 2 network situation you might be able to use the alternate IP address for your users. Could you create multiple "network connections" for each network? For example, dial-up network connection, office lan connection, SoCal network connection, EastCoast network connection then users can enable/disable connections themselves. |
