It used to be considered minimal politeness to read a newsgroup before posting a question that starts a new thread. Once more time: Google "GWX Control Panel" (with quotes), download it, and run it. Sadly, few people (including GWX's author) think it _is_ a permanent solution. _Keep_ downloading and running GWXCP - at least until the W10 free upgrade offer runs out. (Though from their behaviour so far, I'll not be at all surprised if they extend it indefinitely.) Den -- J. P. Gilliver. Then remember to make a donation to the author. If you can read??..you will notice that I had no clue about the existence of "GWX Control Panel" except that GWX was a creature of Microsoft. Then checking on google for "GWX Control Panel" you need to be a magician, a guru or maybe GOD itself? My guess...you waited for other to give the right answer and then posted. Easy. No magic, no GOD there. just BS. Sorry for you. Thank to the other that were kind enough to simply help. GWX really works fine and thanks to John for his suggestion. Den |
