Unable to create Dial-Up Modem Connection
Please make sure that the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service is
running. Go to start -Run -Services.msc and start this service if it is not already running. If you face problems starting this service, refer to KB article 329441. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=329441.
