Default Win Validation

Win XP pro
Keep getting a message popup about genuine validation.

I try and nothing gets me anywhere.
made IE8 the default.

Enabled ActiveX prompts for IE8.

Does MS still support validation for Win XP pro ?

Where can I find and re-enter by MS code xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx ?
I have a 10 pc license that I can use if I can know where to enter.
Paid for this.

Can I send the MS code someplace to make sure it is good ?

What's next ?

Windows XP is no longer supported. If you want to continue using
Windows then you 'll need to buy a new machine with Windows 10 on it.

Alternatively, wipe the disk clean and install Linux. Linux is
considered to be pretty good substitute for WindowsXP. Linux Newsgroups
have all the answers about their products and they are normally very
helpful to new users.

Good luck.

Ten licenses sounds like an MSDN subscription.

I hope it says somewhere on this license of yours,
what SKU (stock keeping unit), UPC number, "textual name"
the product has, so you can figure out what you've been
sold. A license shouldn't be complete devoid of identifying
information. Microsoft doesn't take the liner from
a cigarette pack and write ten license keys on it
with a pencil.

If you do contact a Microsoft phone number for activation,
they will probably at some point ask you to run "mgadiag.exe".
You should be able to find a copy of that on the Microsoft
site.

In this example, "mgadiag.exe" coughed up KMS, and
consumers aren't supposed to have those. The helper knows
right away, the OP in the thread is screwed out of bucks.
