print properties page printing with every print job

never mind- found it in printer properties options-
thought it was an XP problem.

unknown reason the print properties page started printing
with every print job, whether it is from Word or any
other
program.
It includes :
Filename
Directory
Template:
Title
Subject
Author
Keywords
etc, etc, etc

How do I turn this page off from printing??
