DOS window sizing

Ever since I installed PC Anywhere 10.5 on my WinXP
laptop, my default DOS window (what you see when you
write "cmd") has become a tiny 2"x1"window, with font size
3. By clicking the icon in the upper left-hand side of the
window I can change the settings for an individual window
or a shortcut, but this does not restore the settings for
the default DOS window.

Where can I change the default settings for this window?

CMD is not a Dos Window. There are cmd windows and Dos windows - they look
similar but are completely different. Though if you start a Dos program the
cmd window becomes a dos window.

Cmd stores settings by the text in the title bar. You can also right click a
shortcut and set the size there.
