Default backing up files

Hi

how can i automate my backups to backup to dvdrw and
append to the dvdrw?

I am not good at writing batch files. Can you please help
me? My dvdrw is drive F:

the files i want to backup are located in c:\data.

I want to backup at 4.45pm each day. I have 300mb of data
to backup.

Please help me.

look for the scheduled backup tab and follow the directions
I do it to a CD-RW should work for a DVD-RW
