Default How do I turn Help and Support service back on?

I made the mistake of turning Help and Support off and now I can't get online
at all, it has my modem blocked completely, I am not a wiz so if you have a
solution please give me step by step instructions if possible. Thanks in
advance for your help. I have XP on my pc

Go to Start then Settings then Control Panel. From there select
Administrative
Tools. From there select Services. When you have that up, you should
see
Help and Support. Double-click on that and select Start. You will
want to change
the Start Up settings to Automatic.
