Default Trouble with playing downloaded digital copies

I downloaded a copy of Wanted and The Dark Knight to iTunes and when the
download was complete a message popped up that Sonic DLA was not capable of
editing or add ons but didn't say it wasn't capable of playing the movie.
Both movies downloaded but when I try to play them a screen pops up with no
sound and a scrambled picture of color and lines. These are legal copies that
I bought and used the codes for. This is annoying as ____. I have a 32-bit
version of XP. Can't find an upgrade for Sonic DLA either. Please help. I
would like to be able to transfer the movies to my ipod. It will not allow me
to do this either. How do I solve this problem? I can't be the only one
having this problem.

Hello,

Try using iTunes to play the file. If that doesn't work, try Apple's
QuickTime player.

You may also need to transfer the video to your iPod using iTunes.
