hello

i have installed the modem softwaer to my win xp and
after i logon to the internet in a time if 5min the
copmuter send a massag saying nt authorty / system
(rpc) the system will restart in 1 min then it just
resatrt!!!! and the same proplem appears on my frinds
computer

When the shutdown warning appears, click start/run and enter "shutdown -a"
to halt the process. It's a virus called blaster or lovesan. Information:

You need the patch described here to protect against it:

Problem is, you needed to install the patch BEFORE you got infected to avoid
it.

It may be the virus or sevice has gone bad or may the problem of user account.
First make a new user account,do system restore.If problem presist if could be a virus.
