False

I'm sure you must be aware by now that 'Diesel' was the author of the
IROK virus amongst many others. He was never caught and punished.

More than 20 years ago.

Why do you think that WHEN a heinous crime was committed is important?

the statute of limitations ran out a long time ago. And ‘heinous’ is in
the eye of the beholder. 20-year-old malware, who cares? current, still
active, on-going, slander, now, that people care about.

Especially an UNPUNISHED crime!

And as the statute of limitations has expired, it never will be. you’re
beating a horse that’s been dead for decades. you’re an idiot.

HTH

no-body cares.

Just because there is no body involved (like there always is with
murder!) writing viruses is a very *BAD* thing to do - especially when
the intent was to *HURT* people.

20 years ago. no longer relevant.

You, on the other hand, slander people on a daily basis.

That is *NOT* a fact. In fact, it's an outright *LIE*!

nope. you just did it again, as that statement is true in all respects.

Thoughts, anyone?

I think that:

1 as stated, the statute of limitations ran out decades ago. As stated,
you're beating a horse that has been dead for a very long time. No-one
can do anything about any malware which might or might not have been
created so long ago.

2 even if the statute of limitations had not run out, you are not the
proper authority to be pursuing this. You should contact the relevant
authorities, in this case the cyber crime people at the DHS and FBI.
Note that the alleged crime is so old that DHS did not then exist and
FBI did not then have a cyber crime office. You are unlikely to be able
to interest them in pursuing a decades-old case.

3 you do, indeed, slander people on a daily, on-going, basis. Among the
people and organisations you have slandered recently a
3a ClamXAV's developer
3b Carbon Copy Cloner's developer
3c EtreCheck's developer
3d the moderators at ASC
3e Shadow
3f Diesel
3g many more which would take too long to list
You have expressed no remorse and continue to do so at every opportunity.

4 you are, in truth and in fact, an idiot. Your behaviour shows every
evidence of being that of a severely brain-damaged, possibly by
excessive alcohol intake over a very long time (note that this says
nothing about _current_ alcohol abuse; I personally think that the
alcohol abuse is ongoing, but the important part is the _long-term_
abuse which has caused permanent brain damage) paranoid fool with
delusions of grandeur. The stories about your causing your son's death
through gross neglect ring true, not least because of your non-denial
denials and the fact that those who tell the stories have far greater
credibility than you do, as they are not brain-damaged paranoid fools.

You appear to not like being portrayed in this light. May I suggest that
you correct your behaviour and stop slandering people and stop stalking
and stop trolling? This simple solution would gradually repair your
credibility. You will never implement it.
