Almost certainly an American, he lurks in these Usenet groups but also
has a leading role as the 'moderator' of Usenet-type newsgroups which
are now up and running on a private server in the UK.

The clientele of those newsgroups on the www.dogagent.com or
www.myplugbox.com servers (the same groups are on each - I've no idea
why) believe that their activities and posts are *private* - a view
encouraged by 'Winston'.

They are *NOT* private groups - anyone is free to visit them.
