A friend has forgotten his PW for messenger and can't retrieve it.
What is the easiest way to
get up and running again? Uninstall and sign up for a new account?

Hi if he clicks on forgotten password, he will then be asked a
sercurity question he was asked to give answer to when he set up his
account.
