No, not soon. The schedule has been speeded up,
but it will not be out soon. Look for it next year.

We have not made any final release dates for Windows XP Service Pack 2
available yet.
Until it ships please continue to use WindowsUpdate and other tools to
deploy the latest Critical Updates in your environment.
(We have just made available a roll-up package of lots of the previous
critical updates see http://support.microsoft.com/?id=826939)

Im hearing around the end oh Q2 (May / June time) it is a very feature rich
update and totally changes the security focus on XP so as far as im
concerned, the longer the better.
