Default All screwed up

Hi I am written to Microsoft and all they do is send out ready made messages
and not one that addresses my problem., I tried to renew my password on
hotmail but it has failed not letting me use the new or the old one, to
further add to my problems my Alternative address is no longer in use, so I
can't get into my account to change it, to add to the problem each time I
tell Microsoft about it they send me the usual crap.......

You can reset a forgotten password by requesting the Microsoft Passport
Network to send a password reset e-mail to your alternate e-mail address (An
e-mail address that is different from your primary Hotmail or MSN e-mail
address) if you have provided one. If you created your credentials by using
an existing e-mail account (other than Hotmail or MSN), you can request the
Passport Network to send a password reset e-mail to that e-mail address. If
you have a strong password (A password that is difficult for others to
determine by guessing or by using automated programs), requesting a password
reset e-mail is the only way that you can reset a forgotten password. If you
do not have a strong password, you may have other options for resetting a
forgotten password:
1. If your account has personal account information and you have provided a
question and secret answer to MSN, you can reset your password by providing
account information (country/region, state, and ZIP code) and your secret
answer.
2. If you have an MSN account that you pay for with a credit card, and that
is the account you use to sign in to the Passport Network, you can reset
your password by providing your billing information.

I pay them each year for the pleasure of this account and know I can't use
it and the lack of humans helping you out is noticeable absent.

Any help would be gratefully recieved

Norman
