Ok this has been driving me nuts trying to fix this.. My lock screen
shows my name and then also shows my (Account)email as well. Without
disabling the lock screen, How does one fix this. Everything I find just
explains how to disable lock screen.

Have you tried

Settings/Personalisation/LockScreen

and altering the apps to show detailed or quick status to "None"?

Disable "Settings Accounts Sign-in options Show account details
(e.g. email address) on sign-in screen".

I have the latest major release but this was posted Aug 2016 so it
should be valid.

How do you change the picture on this screen. In the past there was a
screen you could go to and put what ever image you wanted on the lock
screen.

I do not see that screen in all of my exploring of the Settings./

I am using a local account, and rarely go into the MS account. I have
an image of my contact information in that image.

Here's a method that doesn't use that GUI interface.
It's either GPEDIT (available to a Win10 Pro user),
or merge a .reg file (good for Win10 Home or Pro user).
And you can also use Regedit to set it. The key is below.
I haven't tested this. I'm restoring Win10 right now... :-)

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

BlockUserFromShowingAccountDetailsOnSignin DWORD 1

"1" = disable showing account details, prevents user from
using the GUI to turn it back on presumably.

"0" = setting under GUI control (which you've already proved,
does not work). "0" is probably the Default value.

It's also possible setting a PIN or using some other alternate
method (Windows Hello???) might screw up the behavior.

It might also behave like that, if the OS wasn't activated,
and the Personalization menus would then be deactivated.
You might be able to check activation via "slmgr /dlv".

In this slmgr screen, the license status is "Licensed",
in which case if this was Windows 10, the Personalization
stuff would start to work.

https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/569/

There's more "slmgr" options listed here.

Settings-Personalization-Lock Screen
Pick the lock screen and then there is a slider below to make it you
login screen too.

I'm not sure there is a way to make them different.

Not the wallpaper picture on the lock screen but the little picture that
appears as part of your identification.

Have you added the picture to your account. It shows mine in the
login. Of course I have a MS account.

Perhaps this is what you need, Keith!
