Missing icons in toolbar
Some app. icons occasionally fail to load into the toolbar in spite of
being both active and enabled in the toolbar options. Some of my apps, Kerio Firewall firewall example, are configured via the toolbar icon and so I need them. Is there some way I can force them to load? Thanks for any help L --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). I am having the same problem, using XP Home. Another PC here is running XP
Pro and does not have the problem. I hope someone can offer up a suggestion. "L" wrote in message ... Just a correction to the question below, what I call the toolbar is I believe called the systray. Check with a right click in the empty part of the taskbar and take 'Properties. (If 'lock the task bar is checked, first uncheck by clicking that). At the bottom of the dialog, have 'Hide inactive icons checked, then click Customise. In that look for the program and to its right there is a drop down - select 'Always Show' in that 'Hide when inactive' is inclined to Hide things when you have not used them, but are just going to want them -- Alex Nichol MS MVP (Windows Technologies) Bournemouth, U.K. (remove the D8 bit) |
