Unable to delete contacts from allow and blocked lists

Hello,
I have users that I would like to delete from both the
Allow list and Block list, but when I right-click each
name, the Delete option is greyed out and I can't use it.

Is there a fix for this?
I would like to clean up my contact lists.

Greetings,

Actually the Delete option will remain gray unless they remove you off their main contact
list. Until they do, you will be unable to remove them.
