Administrator Authority

Have been trying to inport Favourites from a disc made
from Windows 98. When I get to the end it tells me I
don't have the authority to do it. I am the only user and
indicates I am Administrator. What am I doing wrong ?

Have you tried to simply copy the Favorites from the WINDOWS\FAVORITES
folder to the floppy on Windows 98 and to copy them to C:\DOCUMENTS
AND SETTINGS\{username}\FAVORITES on Windows XP?
