Obviously those people don't want others to know they are monitoring their contact's Instant Messenger status. If they did they would have set their status to "Busy". Stop trying to defeat the software's intended functions! |

There is no way of telling. That is the whole purpose of 'blocking' contacts
so you can't see them. While it is nice to talk to people on messenger they are entitled to some privacy and one of the easiest ways of doing that is temporarility blocking those people you don't want to disturb you. Yes you can set your status as away etc, but people still send me messages even when i set my status to away. -- John Barnett MVP Associate Expert Windows Shell/User Web: http://xphelpandsupport.mvps.org Web: http://vistasupport.mvps.org The information in this mail/post is supplied "as is". Thier actually is a program that will do it. It also runs all messengers in
the one program. I forget the name of it. Do a search. "John Barnett MVP" wrote: There is no way of telling. That is the whole purpose of 'blocking' contacts so you can't see them.
