[HKLM]\Applications\executable-name.exe\NoStartPage value
By setting the value as in subject one can suppress an application associated with executable file executable-exe from appearing in the applications-last-used ALU (Start menu) list. But how can one set these preferences independently for each windows account ? Limited-users don't need on their's ALU list administration and management entries. Administrator doesn't need on his ALU list entries of office suites, web/browsing, multimedia player, etc. |

Create the key in each accounts registry key, example:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-843448685-3441272797-2263562717-1005\Software\Classes\Applications ju.c "kakii" wrote in message ...
