Default which hardware having trouble? yellowed WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)

Recently I found an yellowed icon under device manager indicating one device
is not working correctly and I have no idea what's causing it.

My system is composed of an Asus P4G8X deluxe which has on board audio,
Gigabit netowork card, USB and Firewire.
The system is working just sometimes slower than before. It worked
beautifully before I tried to update/add the following device.

First item is a adaptec ACPI driver,
Second : an USB Plantronics headphone/mike (this device keeps saying not
installed correctly...)
Third: An USB digitizer/tablet that can input foreign languages
(disconnected and uninstalled already since XP does not like its unsigned
driver).

I have tried to uninstall the second and third device but the conflict sign
is still there.
By checking the driver used in that Miniport, it is
"C:windows\system32\drivers\ndistapi.sys
C:windows\system32\drivers\ndiswan.sys "

What the xxxx is that device complaining about?
There must be some kkind of left over drivers making these troubles...

You did not tell us which device has the yellow mark, you
mentioned three devices.

Please be specific.

Jim,

I do not know which device is having problem, that is the real issue.
All I know is that one device under Network adaptor (from device manager)
titled "WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)" is having problem

By checking the driver detail, it listed
C:windows\system32\drivers\ndistapi.sys
C:windows\system32\drivers\ndiswan.sys

That's all I know at this moment.
I also have a printer server and one wireless router connected to the system
and they are all working fine.

OK, I just solved the Plantronics headset problem, it is not complaning now.

But the yellow mark is still there, I guess the digitizer (foreign language
hand drawing board) is causing the problem even though I already uninstalled
it.
How do I do a clean uninstall for the drivers which are still resided? When
I try to uninstall this sdevice, it says "failed to uninstall the device.
The device maybe required to boot up the computer"

In device manager, select [right click] the device, select
properties and try the troubleshooter.
You can also work with the drivers.
