I can't sign in either. It will be working fine, and sometimes I'll get
kicked off and can't get back on. Another time I'll sign off to let my
sister sign on, and when she's done and I try to get back on, I can't! Mind
you I'm using a @yahoo email address registered as a passport, whereas she
has a @hotmail address. It appears that messenger discriminates based on the
address, because even while I can't log on, she is able to at the same time
from the same computer!
Neither Windows Messenger, MSN Messenger, or Online Messenger (web-based
msn) work.

Eventually, maybe 10 mintues or 10 hours later, it will work again but it's
VERY frustrating!!

I have exact same problem and it seems to have started since I had a security
upgrade. First I couldn't log in to secure websites but got another upgrade
several days later. MSN messenger however won't sign me in. Get pop up window
but soon as I start to sign in cursor goes behind window and takes a while to
come up on screen. Checked service status and everythings fine. Mates have no
problems with it. Anyone got any ideas?
