Default MS. A real POS company...as bad as Apple.

My pal purchased MS Office 2017. An over bloated, over priced, POS.

It won't save docs.

A computer guy friend of his couldn't fix it.

He called MS. After half hour of ****ing around....THEY COULDN'T FIX IT.

He asked for his money back...ng.

Wadda POS company...and getting worse by the day.

Ah, I see we have a liar. It does save docs (but not where you don't
have permissions or in protected folders). Your "computer friend" is as
stupid as you. Never had a problem getting a refund from MS but it
takes awhile; however, user ignorance is not an excuse for a refund.

Office 2017 doesn't save anything. MS Office 2017 doesn't exist.

Apparently someone can't read, see, communicate or type.

What is a POS?

A search with DuckDuckGo offers these solutions

POS
1. Piece of ****
2. Parent Over Shoulder
3. Positively Outstanding Service

Your choice!

"Piece of ****". Just a guess. Not speaking this language in
professional life.

Apparently someone can't read, see, communicate or type.

So sorry. Apparently some self proclaimed genius doesn't know what a typo
is.

Thanks, the above reply validates the can't 'read or type' comment.

No matter how spun, Office saves files docs in .doc and also(as of Office
2007) in .docx format.

Might be a good idea to recommend to your pal he needs a new 'computer guy
friend'

Awwwwww. widdle man is upset? Why are you upset, widdle man.

Perhaps if you're real good, someone at Microsoft will let you suck their
ass. Much as you're doing now.

Wave, wave, wave that MS flag, widdle Windrone.

Assholes such as you are worse than the worst MacFreaks.

No Genius.....errr, Asshole. His machine calls out an error when he tries
to save a "document"

Take up lessons in remedial reading, Asshole. Perhaps you will be able to
understand the written word better.

To reiterate: Read-slowly-Asshole, His- MS- Office-Word-
will-not-save-documents.

Might be a good idea to recommend to your pal he needs a new 'computer guy

Might- be- a- good- idea- to- shut- the- ****- up- since- you- don't- know-
what- you-are- babbling- about, ASSHOLE.

If your finished babbling, Asshole, run along and play with yourself.

Then he has a fool for both - computer friend and this group's(and probably
a few others) latest nym-shifting troll as a pal.

DDG didn't have Point-of-sale? Really? I find that surprising.

If you read the dialogue above from "Jim Mandy", you might also agree
that "Point-of-sale" was not a likely answer to Peter's question -
"What is a POS?". If you have read any other sagas of "Jim Mandy", you
may understand my reply. It has nothing to do with whether or not DDG
listed "Point-of-sale" as a likely answer.
