Default installing windows xp and all add and remove programs gone

I recently had windows me and installed windows xp I need to know how I can
get to windows me and uninstall it as I did not do it before i installed
windows ex...there is nothing in my add and remove programs any information
would be appreciated

You can't uninstall ME. If you want to get rid of all the traces of ME,
the only way to do it is to erase your hard disk and do a clean install
of XP. To put it another way: A new house built on an old foundation
won't stand if you remove the foundation.
