Yes, I would hide the 32 bit partition first - then unhide it after the
64bit installation and use the installation disk to 'find' the 32 bit
one and make a boot menu for ya.

You can also use EasyBCD, Google for it.

How do I go about "hiding" my 32 bit partition?
