Sounds awful. However, I reject "the cloud" and prefer to maintain local
control of my resources and data.


Stupid autocorrect.

The server don't have to be outside of your home. For example, your desktop
computer is server (doing all the heavy calculations), your table

here is the connection speed, obviously.
