Windows XP Updates

I'm trying to install 328310 Security Update and 810565
Critical Update for Windows XP and they won't install.
I've turned off my virus protection and firewall, and
they still won't install. I've tried it multiple times,
and restared my computer and still no luck. What am I
doing wrong? Thanks, BJ
