no video option on msn7.7 contact
when I right click on an contact, I see the voice/video is greyed out
However the webcam(Creative Live Ultra) works fine as shown in tool video. There I can see clearly myself. no error whatsoever. what do I have do to fix this problem? the contact is a hotmail ID if that makes any difference. I am running msn messenger 7.5 on xp pro. My son's office have the same setup but his allows voice video without problem -- New and aged New to PC Aged well as grandma

finally got vido on msn messenger.
however could not get the webcam to show myself in skype depite I tshoed me 3 options, default webcam, Creative Live Ultra and Creative Live! Ultra VFW.
