Default fax cover letter

in windows xp the fax cover letter editor or the create
new cover letter, how do i import a cover letter created
in word 2000, or a scanned image it only will deal with
..cov ext. i cant find anything in any of the help files
covering this

Default fax cover letter

That's because the Cover Page editor only supports .cov and .cpe files.
You'll have to create your cover page using the Cover Page editor, not Word.
