Default Re- Re Java VM Problem in XP Pro

Hi Chaz,

First check . . .

http://www.visualware.com/support/msjava.html to check whether you have
latest VM: 3810

If not, do the followingIf your test showed VM 3805, skip #1 step ~ go
to step 2)

1. Get VM 3805 Download build 3805 of the MS VM he
http://www.bunden.dk/download/msjavx86.exe

2. Install it, and then go to the windows update site and look for
VM security patch (816093)
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tre.../technet/secur
ity/bulletin/MS03-011.asp
dated May 15 2003. This patch will upgrade build 3805 to build 3810 and
protect you from Trojan vulnerability.

Anne.

Hi Chaz,
Did you enable MVM in IE / Tools / Advanced?
I use the Sun Java plug in for playing Yahoo games, have you tried

that
option? Unsure if it will work for the Yahoo chat rooms, never been

in
one, but it's worth a try.

I was trying to log on to the Yahoo Chat on the Yahoo website. I

get
an
error message saying "Unable to load applet. You May Need to

upload
an
updated version of the Microsoft VM. I did that and rebooted my

pc
but I
still get the same error message. Is there a fix for this

problem?
Thanks
everyone.
