Default Adding WPA Security to XP - Q815485

Have a Dell D800 with XP SP1a with Mini PCI Card TM1300.

Downloaded HotFix Patch 815485 and installed it. No
errors.

Restore wizard shows restore point created during
installation but Add/Remove Programs does not show patch
as installed. And added WPA security fields added by this
patch in Network configuration are NOT there.

Dell has no knowledge of this problem.

Any idea what's wrong here?

Thanks.
