Default new serial number photoshop elements

my serial number dose not work for photoshop elements thats loaded on my hard drive, sony told me to contact ADOBE for new serial # but they want original documentation from two years ago when i brought my system, i no longer have that. PLEASE is there so
mthing i can do to get this to work..thanks

So why are you posting here? What do you expect us to do about it?! You
should always keep all documentation that comes with any piece of equipment.
Guess you're just going to have to stump up for a new licence. Guess you
wish you'd not been so liberal with the spring cleaning now, eh?
