new serial number photoshop elements
my serial number dose not work for photoshop elements thats loaded on my hard drive, sony told me to contact ADOBE for new serial # but they want original documentation from two years ago when i brought my system, i no longer have that. PLEASE is there so
mthing i can do to get this to work..thanks

You should always keep all documentation that comes with any piece of equipment. Guess you're just going to have to stump up for a new licence. Guess you wish you'd not been so liberal with the spring cleaning now, eh?
