Default Blue Filenames and Directories

Some of my Directories and files in Win XP have changed
their color. They are not in black, like others but blue
and I cannot change that. Does anybody knows what's this?

If your file(s) or folder(s) have changed color to green or blue, it is
because you have either chosen to encrypt or compress the file(s)/folder(s)
