Default Disactived audio after restart or wake up

Hi, i have a Samsung netbook with cpu 1, 6 Ghz and Win7 installed
that i manager through remoto access (Logmein app).
Today i hsve noticed that when i restart the netbook or simply the
system wakes up from stand by the audio is disactived!( the
speaker icon on tray says disactived).
I have tried to uninstall the audio driver or update but i have
the same issue.
Do you know how have i this issue?

Audio (and other services) are "disactivated" in sleep setting to reduce
power consumption. Waking up should reactivate them.

a) Did you get the driver update from the Samsung website? If not, get
it from there and try again.

Thank you for your answer although bad english :-)
I have updated the audio driver from Samsung website searching my
netbook model N150 JA03 (that should be right. how can i check
which is the version Ja01 or Ja03 etc. by remoto access? The
netbook is located about 400Km by me and it is used by my father
almost 90 years old...) and this morning i could listen the
interlocutor.
But what it is strange is that if i enter in his pc now i can
listen my voice (the same issue is succeeded some days ago when
began the issue) and speakers are DEactived. But now (after
driver updating) if I reactive the speakers through the tray icon
he can listen me and i can listen my voice feedback. Instead
when began the issue even if I reactived the speakers i could
listen only acoustic signal by system but no his voice from Skype
and he couldn't listen my voice too.
Then i think the issue is linked to my Logmein and remoto access
or so began..
My Logmein is installed in my Samsung S3 with S.O. in signature.

win7-Pro 32 bit:

I use a USB audio device to feed my speaker system. Often, but not
always, after a reboot the music program says it can not find a sound
device and Device Manager shows the red error for the USB sound
device. Using Device Manager to remove the device and then to search
for new hardware always restores functionality.

Why this is necessary, and why it only happens most of the time but
not all the time, I have no idea. The same device always worked 100%
when attached to my XP computer.

The Windows 7 driver for that device may not be handling W7's
advanced power saving modes, which work differently to XP.
If you are using sleep or hibernate modes, stop using them
for a while and always use shutdown. If the problem goes away,
you know the device or its drivers don't support these modes.

Though beware - I don't know about audio, but last time I looked there
(or let the netbook's own update app. rip), they were still pushing a
_video_ driver that causes freezes. (Under XP.)

b) Try the Samsung website's support page, which may have a solution.
O'wise, your best bet is to search for Samsung forums and pose your
question on one of them.

http://www.sammynetbook.com/ is a good one (though it's in English).

I suspect you are right, but I know nothing about Logmein. Sorry.

Anyway, i can confirm that when i access in pc through Logmein the

Instead when i disconnect by Logmein all is regular (Skype calls
go right)...

It seems to me there are a lot of problems with Windows 7 yet. As I have
another Gateway M465 that runs XP and Windows 8 just fine. But under
Windows 7, if I use Standby, the external monitor won't wake up. So I
used hibernation instead. Although through a recent update, now Windows
7 will become unstable if I use hibernation. And it will throw up a BSOD
sometime later after waking up.

I have a feeling Belarc might reveal that information. I don't have it
on this one so can't check.

Sounds like you've got it sorted, which is good.

TeamViewer - another remote access mechanism - also can leave the remote
system's sound turned off, I've heard - from someone who helps blind
people; at least in your case you can instruct your father how to turn
it back on! (If it's turned off for a blind person, their speech is too,
rendering the computer not very useful to them ...)

Thanks for the reply. I use no power saving. The problem occurs after
restart. The device uses Windows drivers only. Device Manager says
device driver is Microsoft, 11/19/10, 6.1.7601.17514.

Perhaps this issue is related at mail message i got some days ago
by Logmein developers. They wrote me that since that moment
Logmein becomes to payment but however you can use the program
again but will not be updated anymore.
TeamViewer instead as you said has the chance to disable sounds
come from connected pc through remoto access.
