I recently swapped keyboards with my mother after she

bought a
refurbished HP computer with an AMD Athlon XP 1800+

processor. I
wanted her keyboard because of the extra buttons, and she

wnated mine
because it was wireless.

However, I can't seem to find a driver for this thing for

Windows XP.
HEre's what I know about it:

Model: SK-2560
Part Number: 5187-0341
Interface: PS/2
Buttons: multimedia, internet, sleep, help, hp, printer,

camera, etc.

Can anyone help? I've found and installed MMKBD_1020.exe

and
MMKBD_XP.exe and neither seem to work. I never get

the "buttons" tab
on the keyboard window in the Control Panel where I can

map these to
my favorite applications.

Regards,
Brian.

Unfortunately, I've already tried this. Windows Update shows no newer
driver. I've downloaded what I thought were drivers for it from HP,
but after I install them, I still don't have a tab for "Bottons" on
the "Keyboard" window in the Control Panel.

It is that missing tab I want because it lets me decide what will be
launched when I press the extra buttons this keyboard has. I've found
a utility that lets me display scancodes for these, and I can see they
are distinct. But, I don't know how to take advantage of those. I
Don't even think something like kmapper or TradeKeys would help me.

What I ultimately need is a program that lets you control what happens
whena certain keycode is pressed. That is, not map it to another
key, but launch a program, open a shortcut, execute a script, etc.

Regards,
Brian.
