Error Loading c:\windows\system32\setup\setup\fxsOcm.dll - on reboot after SP2 installation
Good day,
The Intro: I am assisting folks in deploying XP SP2. Some desktops are not accessed by local administrators but by restricted users. To assist in our installs we are logging in with local administrative privileges and installing SP2. SP2 installs and the computer automatically reboots. The problem: When the restricted users logs back in (for the first time after XP SP2 has been installed) the following error occurs - "Error Loading c:\windows\system32\setup\setup\fxsOcm.dll Access is Denied" see attached screen shot Do we need to log back in with admin privileges AFTER sp2 has installed to finish the installation or is there something else we can do? TIA dip
