Default Error loading NTPRINT.DLL

this file should reside in \windows\system32 (be sure to enable viewing
system files).

If it not there copy it from the XP installation disk (expand ntprint.dl_).

If it is there what is the date stamp on the file and file size.

was the file missing?

If it was missing there could be more

Open a cmd window and execute

sfc /scannow

this will attempt to verify and replace system files.

in a cmd window execute (change c:\windows to the location of windows
folder). This will add a connection if the printserver has print drivers
for the client OS.

cscript c:\windows\system32\prnmngr.vbs -ac -p \\printserver\printshare
